Returns & Refunds Policy

All of our products are made with love and care in small batches with the best, non-toxic ingredients. Due to our products being personal care items, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been open and the seal broken. However, please reach out if you find any issues with your purchase and we will try to make things right. You are welcome to return an unopened item up to 30 days after your order was placed. This does not include final sale items. Customer must provide return shipping.  If an order is cancelled before it ships, we are able to issue a full refund to your original payment method. We are not able to refund orders that have already shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you are missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mountainmeadowhomesteadsv@gmail.com with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a way to contact you. If you purchased SavedBy Sipping Protection at checkout, please start a claim with them for your damaged order. They will process your replacement/refund quickly. 

SavedBy Shipping Protection

It is highly recommended that you add SavedBy Shipping Protection at checkout to cover your order in the event that your shipment is lost, damaged, or stolen on its way to you. If you do not purchase this protection, we will do our best to assist you, but can not guarantee replacements or refunds.

Subscription Orders

Your subscription will automatically renew and ship on the schedule that you select. Once a shipment has been processed and has been shipped, we are unable to cancel/refund your order. You may adjust future renewals or cancel anytime after your second order.
